Display legal notice on startup

Just go to--

• run and type
• REGEDIT
• [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\system]
• "legalnoticecaption"="enter your notice caption"
• "legalnoticetext"="enter your legal notice text"

That's it. Now when pc will start your legal notice will be displayed!
